There are still a number of cut NPCs I haven't restored. The issue is whether or not they can be restored in a meaningful way. For instance, I could restore Dolly Madison, but her background indicates that she's supposed to be friends with Hancock. Unfortunately, none of the friendship stuff exists, so if I restore her, she'll just be a generic NPC. Besides, I suspect Fahrenheit is the role Dolly was supposed to fill, which makes Dolly doubly meaningless as a restoration target. Van Cleef, at least, serves as an additional opponent at Quincy.

As for what's next, I'm mainly focused on updating the Diverse series, although I do have one more "Unique Faces" mod scheduled for next week; namely, Commander Tornin from Nuka World.

Maybe a generic npc Dolly Madison might fill it, but still its up to you.
Also there is cut npcs in the dlc
1.) Reinhart VII - is a cut courser in Far Harbor. Maybe a recruitable or a npc that we can fight
2.) Nathaniel Gibbons He was originally going to appear as a feral ghoul, though was cut from the game. Maybe an npc that we can fight ( and my idea for that is maybe recreate him as a ghoul as a recruitable/ its up to you though)
3.) Jasper is a cut Mister Handy concierge in the Fallout 4 Far Harbor.
4.) Rupert is a cut Mister Handy concierge  from Far Harbor.
5.) Sebastion is a cut Mister Handy concierge from Far Harbor.
6.) Penny is a cut Mister Handy concierge in the Fallout 4 Far Harbor.
7.) Argus is a deceased member of the Gunners.( My idea is maybe make him alive and someone we can fight or can be recruited)

I've used Dolly's face in other mods, but I've since removed (or will remove) it from those mods. When I update "Diverse Scavengers," I want to add more scavenger only faces, so she'll probably return therein since she has the right look.

I don't think Reinhart VII is a true cut content character; rather, I think he was a placeholder for something else, as his NPC (Actor) record contains a hodgepodge of conflicting data. For instance, he has default Nate's face (but with "ginger" hair color), has the junkyard dog voice type, and his name itself isn't a Courser name. At one time, I thought it would be funny to say that he was captured by the robobrains and reprogrammed to think he was a dog, and that he was named after one of their prewar pets. Getting that to work in game would take more effort than I'm willing to put into it, though.

Nathaniel Gibbons is worth restoring, but not in the bunker with the rest of the family. I'll find a good spot for him. I'm not posting more than one new mod a week right now, though, and since next week's spot is already filled, it'll be at least two weeks before I post a restored version of Nathaniel.

I'm unlikely to mess with any of the Handy robots, but I'll take a look at them just to be sure.

Argus is one of many dead NPCs in the Gauntlet, so I won't be bringing him back. I did add his unique face to the Diverse Gunners face pool, though, so he will live again there.

Makes it more like the good the bad and the ugly, I wonder if originally clint being a former minuteman was meant to be someone you could recruit and also if the gunners were originally meant to be a joinable faction with a moral argument of some kind between them and the minutemen they replaced, we see how bad minutemen can become at a few locations, clint is not entirely bad he just saw that the minutemen were not capable of doing the job and the gunners had more military strength so arguably could stand up to the institute while the Libertalia shows how bad minutemen can become when they turn into full blown raiders.

Clint an obvious nod to Clint Eastwood (the Good?) and the this new guy Van Cleef being an obvious nod to Lee Van Cleef (the Bad) leaves only the ugly (Eli Wallach), Fallout needs another wild west NV style game, love this addition and well done on adding this fun character back in as it is an obvious easter egg that was wrongly cut.

Just mentioned in my response to the other post that I wanted to make this guy look like Lee Van Cleef, but I couldn't find a vanilla face with the right shape. But on further reflection, I agree, the naming was likely a GBU reference.

Edit: I don't know if the Gunners were going to be a joinable faction, but there is some evidence that the faction is somewhat incomplete. The face pool with all of its duplicates, for instance, is one example. And for a group that is supposed to be available for hire, it is odd that you can't actually hire them for anything. I have an idea for a "Recruitable Gunners" mod, but I haven't yet figured out how to gate recruitment behind paying them for their services. I'd like to see someone hijack the Nuka raider outpost system and make a Gunner version.

Regarding the Libertalia crew, they're on my list to potentially turn into a unique gang as I did with Ack-Ack's Harlequins, but I'll need help from someone who can make raiderized versions of the Minutemen uniform, as that part of the idea is beyond my skillset.

I bet this was meant to be a 'tribute to Sergio Leone movies' easter egg of sorts, given that the actual Gunner boss in Quincy is named Clint. Bethesda probably decided not to do that for some reason in the end.

    Either way, cool stuff :-)

Oh, that's a good call. Funny thing is I wanted to make him look like Lee Van Cleef, but I couldn't find a vanilla face with the right shape to use as a base.
