The medium plasma cannon is a late game, high DPS heavy weapon that uses cryolater animations and munitions' plasma core. It uses meshes and slightly edited textures from quadrioters element cannon and sounds from his accelerator plasma weapon. It can be found on gunner bosses or as a random legendary after level 45.
Weapon was added by hard edits so you'll need wrye bash or a few minutes on xedit
