Some context on this for those who are curious about using this versus using a previs patch:
Hunkered Down (No Atom Cats Garage Version) does not disable precombines anywhere. So long as you load it before mods such as PRP that add their own previs, it will work just fine. The normal version of Hunkered Down, however, disables precombines in two cells at Atom Cats Garage. This can be a performance and compatibility issue, and this patch resolves that.
You can actually precombine a lot of the objects added by this mod. Doing so will give you a very small performance boost in exchange for broad compatibility issues with location mods. This is an alternative to that - simply load this mod and the original hunkered down as high as you can in your load order and let other mods win. It won't conflict with PRP, and any conflicts with location mods can be resolved via simple patches that move some objects around without disabling or rebuilding precombines.
Appreciate you making this, Hunkered Down is one of my favorite mods to make the Commonwealth a more believable and lived in place. Will be using this for sure!
Question: Using this alternative, will I be okay using your PRP Branch 74 patches for People Live In - Federal Ration Stockpile and other locations? Or will it still need a combined PRP patch like you had for Branch 69 for both mods using CannibalToast's patch?
I assume Roadside Pines would need an alternation due to your People Live In of that location and Hunkered Down making different changes to that area. Possible Dark Hollow as well.

Getting "PRP things" right is very satisfying to experience once in game.
