      I extracted Translate_XX.txt from the Interface archive (BAE2 extractor, something something...) and modified the txt with Notepad++. It's included in the archive, you can mod it.

    is there any MGS alert sound mod for Fallout 4? i found one for NV.

      I don't think so. And I don't know how to do one yet. It's my first steps in Fallout modding.
