There are already some mods that disable Bloom, but this mod does it smarter than them. No DLC requirements, no F4SE requirements, no ini file editing, no image space editing.
Some (or many?) hair mods have an issue with flickering white squares, and it's caused by the hair material and Bloom. Disabling Bloom resolves this and Fallout 4 is not that bad without Bloom. I think Bloom is somewhat broken in Fallout 4.
After installing this mod, Bloom will be automatically disabled. Toggle Bloom chem are automatically added to your inventory, or you can use a chemistry station and craft it in the "utilities" (or "settings"?) category.
[Why is this mod needed?]
If image space editing, it may conflict with weather mods/interior lighting mods/fog removal mods.
If ini edit/bat file, what "SetHDRParam" command does is force Bloom and Eye Adapt Speed/Eye Adapt Strength/Target Luminance/Sunlight Scale/Sky Scale. This makes HDR locked and non-dynamic.
This mod only works with one ImageSpaceModifier and does not have those issues.
