Takes STREETSWEEPER damage from 75 (INSANE) to 15 (Sounds harsh, but it isn't) And reduces the crit damage multiplier to 1.5 (previously 2.0)

I know this sounds really harsh, like from 75 down to 15!? But really, it is balanced pretty well!

The biggest balance breaking affect this mod has, is that lower level players with almost no perks and such, will do relatively low damage, but adding the damage modifier patches that come with the original mod will fix that. And at higher levels(lvl75+~), a streetsweeper shotgun with no mods will about 1 or 2 shot a feral ghoul, depending on your accuracy and such. So really, a fully kitted out, modified shotgun at level 100 with all perks will be powerful, but not absurdly broken like the original mod allows for.

Q: Why?
A: Because I was playing on my high level player (level 105, with most shotgun and gun perks) was one shotting every single enemy in the game, even WITH the -60% damage modification.

Q: Well wouldn't you expect and want a powerful shotgun at such extremes?
A: Yes, and No. You want guns to become much more powerful, however taking it to this extent that the original mod allows is game breaking and ruins the fun. So making this gun do less damage makes it so at such extremes, it is still CLEARLY a very powerful weapon, but will obviously not kill any boss in 0.314159265358979 seconds. Plus this patch makes it so low levels can still use the gun!

Q: Does this include just the regular sweeper shotgun, or like, the uniques too, bro?
A: Yes, all uniques and regular streetsweeper shotguns will have this patch applied to them.
