So did you fix all the precombines and nav data, when you put this mod together? I used to rock this mod "https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15188" But, since you have to run with ALL precombines turned off "bUseCombinedObjects=0" This DESTROYS your frame rates... If you didn't rebuild the previs/precombines, I assume your mod will do the same thing.
This looks so clean, please tell me it'll get an Xbox release (offering my services to do the port) I can't stand the vanilla Sanctuary houses anymore... repairing them has given me rage issues :P
