I've had the same issue. Couldn't figure out how to solve it. It says: "You lack the permissions to modify: ****** (Game directory)/Fallout4 - Textures1.ba2. That file is not in read only
Hey DoubleYou just a general modding question since you clearly know what your doing, what got changed in the next gen version because as far as i can see the file structure looks the same as before, was it just the Texture versions and formids thats different?
Used this on Next Gen CCC and it works great, thank you. I'm also using BASS for some Nexus mods, so can't be sure if it's this or BASS making it work, but it just works. Using 1.10.163 (GOG) is so much easier than backporting the whole game.
This is probably a stupid question, but will it work on current UFO4P and CFM? It's not like I need support for either, if it doesn't work I'll just uninstall and stick with the old gen versions or not use them at all. I have all the requirements except for the new Fallout4.exe. I have it twice on Steam but prefer GOG. I have paid for this game 3 times, roadblocks to make community patches work is maddening.
Thank you for your time. This tool is great. Endorsed.
I would like to use this so that I can use zEdit to create some merges, but before I do so I must ask - I am using NG Update. If I switch the version numbers to 1, will that cause problems with using the BA2s with the NG game?

Edit: The game does not crash if I just patch the data inside the fallout 4 foulder.
