Fallout 4 GOG OG (v.1.10.163) users, who don't even have a Steam account and don't want to mess with Steam can use an alternative way to download the NG content files: find a recent, custom build of Fallout 4 NG (v.1.10.984) shared through a torrent file directly without an installer (I had no problem to find one in the internet) and download from that torrent only those files, that are listed in the filelist.txt in the Files section of this guide (i.e. download that torrent partially using a torrent download program).

When I try to use it it results in:
    Depot 377163 - Downloaded 0 bytes (0 bytes uncompressed)
Total downloaded: 0 bytes (0 bytes uncompressed) from 1 depots
I don't know what to do.

This is using the latest version of DepotDownloader (jan 2025)

EDIT: I am an idiot and forgot to move them to the proper folder

From what you've said you are having this error in the cmd after pasting the command.
You must open the cmd in the same directory of DepotDownloader.exe, to do so you can:

      • Like I wrote in the guide by typing "cmd" in directory bar of the folder.
      • You can press shift + right click on blank space in the folder and then click on "open command prompt here" on the contextual menu. Note that instead of command prompt you may have the option to open powershell here, in that case you must add "./" before the command example: ./depotdownloader -app 377160 -depot 377163 -manifest 3876298980394425306 -filelist filelist.txt -username USERNAME -password PASSWORD
      • You can open cmd normally and then use the command "cd" to go in the folder where DepotDownloader.exe is.

So for this to function properly do I have to add all 3 additions (Remnants, Makeshift, and Halloween)? Because I added only the Remnants one but now in 3rd person my character is stuck in t-pose, can't move, and I can't open my pip-boy. So I'm assuming I can't pick and choose 1 out of 3, I need to take all 3?

Ignore me, I found my culprit.

So does this work for purchased CC content? Specifically the modular backpack?

Ok so all my pre-next gen Creation Club content has stopped working since I did this
What did I do wrong or how do I fix this?

Would it be possible to do the same method if I have purchased cc mods? I had cc mods for weapons, armor, slocum, nuka, arcades, backpacks, furniture and others that I no longer remember well, would it be possible to do the same? If so, with what commands or what method would I have to use?🤔

Yes absolutely, CC mods really does not conflict with each other especially if you have the updated .ccc file (which is included in the files you download following this guide) to let the game order them correctly.
Use the method you wish, you can use both even in your case.

The only problem i suppose is that if you don't have the NG version of the game you should not be able to connect to Bethesda servers to download the CC mods you own.

Hello again, thanks for answering my previous question, I was able to download my purchased creation club content from within fallout 4, but I don't know what's happening, when it finishes loading and sends me to the game's start screen, the game closes unexpectedly, I try to reload the game from my mod manager using f4se, and the game again has the error of closing unexpectedly, I don't know what's happening, but every time I try the same thing keeps happening to me, what seems strange to me is that I make another mod loading profile in vortex, I activate all the requirements to correctly load the creation club content in vanilla without any other of my mods and the game opens without problem having installed the creation club content that I previously installed and had purchased, I can start a new game without problems and that's it, but if I try to do the same with all my mods from the other profile the game closes unexpectedly, I don't know if you can help me, I don't know what to do, I don't know if it has to do with the loading order of the plugins from creation club, because according to the loading order the creation club plugins are loaded right after the dlcs of the vanilla game, I don't know if there is any solution, because obviously I was hoping to be able to use your method that you explain here and re-combine my creation club mods with my nexus mods  😰

My game launches correctly, but after i installed all the cc files and the ccc files the games seems to not recognise aaf and looksmenu esp files. Also i'm not sure if the backporting of the mods worked correctly because when i go to the creation club section in the start menu i don't see the cc mods as installed. I use nmm and my game version is 1.10.163 (f4se 0.6.23). If the problem can't be solved does anybody know where to get the old ccc files i used?
Edit: i made a new world and now i think everything works.

my game crashes every time I attempt to move or copy over CC files into their own mod directory in MO2. doesnt matter if I move over the whole folder or not. game loads just fine after I moved the new .ccc files, but i dont think the game has registered any of the new content, as the creation club tab in my main menu is greyed out.

The creation club tab should be greyed out because you are not on the latest fallout4 version (i suppose, since this guide it meant for fo4 pre-ng).
Did you install Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE), Address Library for F4SE and Backported Archive2 Support System correctly and launching the game through F4SE's loader?
