Balance Patch for the Creation Club content Enclave Remnants to work with Lunar Fallout Overhaul. Can be used without Lunar Fallout.

Enclave Remnants are now a struggling faction with limited resources. Scrambling to rebuild their empire.
Colonel Uniform has same stats as a Courser outfit. Removed some craftable linings.
Changed Leveled lists to not spam OP gear and loot. Proper leveled lists for weapons and armor. Enclave chests also have a wider variety of leveled, lore friendly loot. Think scavenging the area for tech and supplies.
Not much I can do about power armor spam, but the enclave will use leveled lists instead of rocking hellfire and X-01/X-02 sets all the time.
Changed two Enclave Remnant NPCs from X-02 content to use appearance and gear settings from Enclave Remnants mod (with my changes) for continuity.
Lite Version: The current released version is "lite" it touches very little and should be fine to use without Lunar Fallout Overhaul. It primarily focuses on reducing high end loot you get from this quest.
