It's on the model. You may try with the other paints mod. As long as that other mod also didn't touch the model (re-paint textures only), then It should work without problem, it only add emissive effect on its eyes.
Ah I see…., MO2 seem cannot recognize the esp files that compiled with the new CK (nextgen)? Too bad my previous CK already got overwrited with newest CK that come the same day with netxgen update :(

X01_Emissive_eyes.esp + T45_T60_Slightly_Emissive_Armor_Blue.esp activate both of them
Or does it only work for the vanilla size?
