Wow this mod has an interestingly low number of downloads with a high amount of endorsements for the number of downlaods. I would have thought this would have been downloaded much more, are people scared of Grenade change?... Regardless thank you to all that have endorsed thus far as it IS awesome.
EDIT: Added a compatibility patch to make the Grenades in the mod Grenade Expansion Pack - GXP by Sean_s fully compatible with this mod, this was of course used with his permission. It is a compatibility patch ONLY meaning you have to have his mod downloaded and installed in order for this to work. The link to his mod is here: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7305/? please if you enjoy his mod endorse it (as well as mine of course).
That is actually how I made it originally if memory serves, however, there was a problem with it and when the Grenade hit a wall or the floor it would just phase through it and disappear (no explosion). You actually had to be exactly the right distance away from whatever you wanted to hit, with no obstructions in the way, although it was just as extremely satisfying when you hit something as it was difficult to do correctly.
FO4Edit has advanced a lot from when I made this mod, so I will take another look at it and see if I can get it to work. I will Edit this post later with my success rate.
Hey Any news on the idea of making these not explode on contact? It's alright if you didn't have time to get to it, just curious, but lemme know if you did. Thanks!
Wow... this was from over a year ago. I completely forgot about this to be honest (forgot I even made this mod, guess that happens when you have 50+ mods for Fallout 4). I am working on other stuff now, getting into Armor conversions, and I probably will not get around to doing this unfortunately. I am sorry that I forgot, and sorry that I probably will not get around to do it. I will letcha you know though if I am bored one night and decide to alter this mod and PM you a DL link for it.
You are welcome to try anything that you wish to this mod yourself using my ESP as a template, just my mod part though idk about GXP, and upload as your own mod it if you change it the way that you want it .
Not sure... it has always been there for me. Or at least I never noticed it missing... then again I don't throw many grenades.
I didn't change anything with the actual grenades in this mod, it is all overrode from the vanilla ones with only the gravity adjusted. So, I didn't do anything to add the green line.
This could be a good basis of a mod to make grenades work like they did in Mass Effect 1. If it was also possible to make them stick to surfaces then the fun you could have with mines would be endless!
Good idea... I always wanted Sticky Grenades of some sort, except I was thinking Halo instead of Mass Effect. I will play with the hex codes and see what happens (other than tons of game crashes most likely).
You're the first in any of my mods to say anything about updating the mod for a patch, in order for this particular mod to not work right, because I overwrote the projectiles in the game, the projectiles would have to have different IDs to them after the update (which I would find odd, but I guess it could happen).
Try redownloading the mod again, and reinstalling it from scratch? If that refuses to work then, it might take me a little while to even attempt to fix this due to other obligations. If you want me to try to guide you through the process of fixing it yourself through FO4Edit, then give me a PM, it is one of the easier mods I have done "FO4Editly" speaking.
if this worked with the grenade expansion mod it would be awesome get throw nukes like liberty prime
to the grenade mod if interested to do so : http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7305/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout4%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D7305&pUp=1
I can do this, I will have to look at his mod and see if he says in it that anyone can use this as they please. If not I will need to get his permission first before I go in and start changing the hex codes in his grenades.
EDIT: OK, I gave him a PM, I will see what he says.
I talked to him and he agreed, a compatibility patch will soon be out on this mod to integrate it with all of GXP's Grenades. You of course have to have his mod in order for it to work as it is a compatibility patch.
I'd recommend calling it "I have a big fucking arm and can throw grenades into the horizon" or something along those lines. I was really hoping for grenades that would levitate people for a few seconds and then slam them into the ground at a rate that would make them explode into a bloddy giblets

I love this mod, please update it for the patch. It is not working for me anymore. I need MORE EXPLOSIONS!
I am glad that you like it.
