Adjusts the NPC Accuracy in a more immersive Way. Now it depends more on the Faction etc. (Ranger, BOS, Mirelurk, ....)
Pretty all kind of NPCs are tweaked.
Some like Bugs and other Creatures lost their ability to snipe you across the map pretty much. Others like normal Raiders, some Mutants and some Synths are now slightly less inaccurate than vanilla. Most Gunners, BOS, Coursers and Robots kept their ability to hit you under most circumstances. Bosses and a few special "ranged" NPCs kept mostly their superior accuracy.
Also tweaked the behavior a bit: Sniper try more to stay away and shoot from the back. Melee´s will more or less approach the direct way to you. Other hostile NPC should now to act more based on their Weaponlayout. (Ranged NPCs are therefore more accurate than normal NPC)
Standalone usable, no dependencies with my other Combat AI Empowered Mods! This mod here was already (partially) included in my "C.AI.E", but some requested a more outworked version, so here it is......
