also Like Drifter said, I wish someone would overhaul legendary enemy mechanics itself. I hate the 'mutated' double healthbar, its not a challenge but merely an annoyance.
Nice; though, at this point, I wish legendaries could have more than one star like in Fallout 76 (one of the things I preferred to F4 legendaries, imo).

or rather forwards changes from the unofficial patch, which I also don't want
edit: as of newest update this mod also takes a different approach and is much more comprehensive
