Will technically work without it, but would be pretty much pointless

Have you ever played with Legendary Apocalypse and been disappointed that not every enemy is legendary? This mod fixes that!
This mod expands the original to replace more non-legendary enemies with legendary variants, and makes all NPC's not covered by the lists legendary, as well as adding support to DLC and Next Gen content.
Major Changes:
Legendary Rarity and Legendary Chance game settings have been modified to make spawning more consistent
Every NPC in the game is legendary
Leveled Lists for Far Harbor, Automatron, and Vault 88 have been modified to spawn legendary variants
Nuka World lists have not been modified because the changes I tried to make caused massive instability. If I can figure out why that will be an update. For now, existing variants are made legendary.
Next Gen update npcs are now legendary.
Requires Nuka World, Far Harbor, Automatron, Vault-Tec Workshop, and the Legendary Apocalypse mod by gibberishly. Secondary file requires the CC content added by the next gen update.
Does not require the unofficial patch.
Will still work without the original mod, but is vastly improved by it.
