I think this is pretty reasonable. The way I look at the special attributes, which could easily be wrong, is that 3 is modern day average. 4-5 would be above average/decently trained, 6-8 would be gifted/masterfully trained, and 9-10 is superhuman. A 9-10, in my mind, is something you can't train for- You have to be genetically altered in some way to reach that, or not be human in the first place.
Again, just the way I look at it. I'd have him as an 8 on my scale, the upper limit for a normal human.
