About this mod

A simple ENB that uses three distinct LUTs for day, night, and interiors. The result is a vanilla+ look that adds detail where it's washed out in vanilla, while also making the overall tones stand out without being too harsh.

Instructions

Download and extract the default FO4 ENB into your Data folder (so d3d11.dll is in the same folder as Fallout4.exe)
Do the same with this preset, overwrite all files when prompted
In your Fallout Launcher, set AA to off (this preset uses SMAA, which looks much better than FXAA and has no TAA ghosting)

Description

I've found the other Fallout 4 presets to either be too drastic a departure from vanilla, or they don't make enough of a difference that the game doesn't hurt my eyes. So with some LUTs, Photoshop, ENB, and a couple days of playing Spot The Difference, I came up with this.

The result is a vanilla+ style preset that works with the base game's weathers and environments, while also looking much more better gooder. See the images for proof.

And the performance hit is very small vs running stock ENB, as all the colour changes are done with just 3 LUT images. No massive shaders, no catalogue of variables to tweak. Just drag-drop, and there you go, it'll look good.

Hell, with SMAA being used instead, it may even be faster than stock ENB + TAA.
