My basic Nate and Nora, no mods are used to achieve the appearance shown in the screenshots.
I'm not a fan of the super modded look, but I use some mods that stay true to the game but improve meshes/textures.
Version 1, Some mods that aren't shown in the screenshots, but greatly improve the appearance of the human characters in general:
Skin and Body: Base Face - A Face Retexture
Head Meshes: Female Neck Tweaks & Refined Male Head Mesh
Version 2, I am using a different set of mods to get the overall effect. You don't need them to achieve the general look of the character, I was sure to use game assets that would require minimal modding.
Skin and Body: Natural Female & Natural Male And their requirements (CBBE/WB)
Head Meshes: HiPoly Faces REDUX & Realistic Facial Proportions (smooths out the vertices and fixes the long neck issue on the female heads)
Finally, I am using Rocket LUT which looks better 'Post-war', so the colors look different between screenshot sets and I'm too lazy to re-take them.
