Always bugged me how loud the idle for the Supersledge was when you have the fire or shock packs on the sledgehammer.

Extremely simple, I love the supersledge and the shock mod but couldn't stand the idle sound constantly pulsing so this basically lowers the idle sound of the supersledge when it's modded to have the fire or shock add-ons to near inaudible (Depending on your in-game audio settings).
