Releasing him incase someone would like a usable simple BoS Companion. Updates will be sporadic.

Made custom faction for Frost, should negate him shooting people that you don't want him to shoot after dismissing him.

Added crate at the Outpost with an Extra "Frost's Gatling Laser" in case you want to use it as well, also have a few freebies in there. (behind the PA Station wall)
