This is a follower I am working on to learn the Creation kit. He has quite a lot of dialogue, he is fully voiced.
His is just a basic Companion at the moment; he can do;
Be Hired/Fired Follow/Wait Trade Be Commanded
Releasing him incase someone would like a usable simple BoS Companion.

I intend to add quests and some sort of story for him down the road.

You will find him just before the bridge to Fort Strong, he is in a Map Markered and Named location called BoS Outpost. Ref Pictures for location.
