The male and female ghoul hand models always have messed up textures, because the ghoul hand models uv map is designed for a different texture layout. Fortunately, the ghoul texture included with the game is the same layout as normal human hands. So I just edited the normal hand models to use ghoul textures and renamed the file to replace ghoul hand models.

Don't download this mod if your in-game ghoul hands are fine. Go check and see if your ghoul hands are broken, before deciding to download this mod.
I always had this problem, you may not. I don't know, because the game has been around for almost a decade and I did not find a single mention of broken ghoul hand textures in any fallout 4 forum posts. (Admittedly, I did not look very hard.) Regardles, download this mod if you need the fix, if not just ignore.
