That‘s just the basic wind turbines from the original game/dlc+SOE. I used console to rotate them, and then used SOE(Settlement Object Expansion)‘s FX objects to make fire come out of them. Just a little trick for the visual effects :p
A daydream I had for a military vehicle.. actually for the desert but this was like a massive tank with multiple story or floor levels. A track-driven with 6-8 sets of tracks. Bulletproof and could withstand missile attack. Like a mobile battle station with guys 360 degrees in firing windows, a missile launcher, a drone craft carrier, and a helicopter pad on top. A Goliath on the battle field. Nuclear powered of course. And ideal for a crazy build for you lol 😎
so the Enclave mobile crawler basically? id like to see a fallout 4 edition too, might come in the fallout 3 remake mod but probably still some time away
Sounds awesome！That kinda reminds me of the Enclave Mobile Crawler in Fallout 3. I‘ll definitely try it if I can think of a way to recreate it in Fallout 4
