can somebody tell me why i do no damage to most of the creatures...to most boss creatures like midnight silence and pale fog crawler and others....pls help
Awesome! Would you be willing to make an arachnophobia patch? (Removing or replacing manowar floaters ticks, leeches, ants, stink bugs and radrachnids in the game) I hope so because I love everything else this mod has to offer
Not willing per se, but maybe if I get bored enough. I don't really make patches/edits for things that I myself won't be using. It shouldn't be a difficult patch to make though. Just go into CK, look through leveled NPCs, and remove any of the grouped creatures you don't want. Ofc, flat out removing entities from spawning may result in issues such as certain crafting recipes becoming uncraftable.
What about replacing models to other creatures in that mod, let’s say I wanna replace the bugs and arachnids with Yao guais or radhorners, how do I do that? Or why hasn’t anyone done that?
That's out of my area of expertise, so I don't know how simple or difficult that would be. It probably wouldn't be as simple as pressing a button, since different models require different animation sets. If you're keen on figuring it out, you should ask around in Dak's Community Discord. Lots of helpful people there that can put you on the right track. You can find the link in any of DegenerateDak's mods here on Nexus.
Stamper is the author. I mentioned Dak's server, because it is a good place to go for help and advice if you plan on making the patch yourself. I don't think Stamper themself is in the server, but there are other well known mod authors there.
Huh...when I saw the title I thought it meant you removed them entirely. The description is clear that you're just keeping the aquatic creatures unique to FH...that makes sense. Also I didn't know there was a new version of Mutant Menangerie, so I'll have to load both of them up for my next playthough -- which should be soon since the game starts getting crashy around level 80 no matter what mods I'm using. It just works!
