It seemed to work consistently for me for a while, but now it only procs some of the time, definitely not all the time. I'm not sure what I changed that would affect it :/

If you have Rank 3 Idiot Savant combined with this mod, in the Fallout 4 Wiki notes about the Idiot Savant perk, it is stated that when the "Bonus EXP on kill" effect triggers, it disables the bonus exp from normal actions for a short period of time. That explains why if you spam craft something in a workbench, the first time you get the exp bonus from Rank 2, but you get normal exp for the rest of the crafts until the effect fades.
Here is the quote from the wiki website:
When Rank 3's kill experience duration activates, it temporarily shuts off the chance of getting bonus experience, including the bonus experience that would have been gained from the action triggering the rank 3 ability. Because of this, rank 3 may beget a net loss of expected experience, depending on playstyle.
can you make it still proc at 10+ int or do you need the mod kit out? ether way are you able to do it. you know just to be level 50 out side of sanctuary. because i just want to f*#@ swan with my fists. main reason 10+ int along with idiots servant proc rate 100% exp farm. PC is not for a serious playthrough when mods are involved and the console commands
Works as intended but I have a request: Can you make a version that removes the level requirements from the perk? I'm currently using Perks Unleashed (removes all lvl requirements) but if I use this mod it brings back the vanilla lvl requirements for idiot savant. Its not a big deal but if possible I want consistency with that other mod. Thanks in advance!

Need FO4Edit (found on this side) and look for the last entrance in the esp - file and change the 0.5 in there to 100.

I've downloaded the mod, installed it several times and it procs about 1/10.
I know that some time ago (before Workshop) it used to work properly.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Try to install it with ingame mod manager.
Since Creation Kit is released they can do this themself.
I tried downloading tes5edit to see if I could fix it myself but it detects my skyrim instead of fallout 4 and i can't change it either.
edit: coming back to tell you that re-installing the mod fixed the problem.
