These are just suggestions and ideas you may use them all or not as per your choice
If your looking for more you can revive the good fighters named character from the creation club Capital Wasteland Mercenaries there a lot of them but I think it worth a try since you can recruit generic good fighters if they survive the battle plus they may become another faction for people to play as think of them as, or like the atom cats.
The other is Ellie from the Nuka Cafe CC maybe a generic food vendor, another is Mary Jane since you can find her pretty early in the game just outside sanctuary these are some ideas that I think you can revive and since all of them are not really related to the main story they are pretty safe for a different outcome. And for further project since she has voice script in the holotape she can be a voiced companion with location awareness. I also suggested some vanilla BOS who I think you can revive in one of my comments.
