Just to chime in along with others--I too have no audio whatsoever with this when it plays. I'm not on Next-Gen. So currently I'd say this is indeed broken, sadly.
would not work at all for me. (FO4 NG) update-Managed to get this to work by changing name to GameIntro_V3_B.bk2 and manually installing. There is no sound, perhaps it needs a \music\Specialmus_maintheme.xwm file
As far as i know, this Intro does not have an own .xvm file. This Mus_maintheme.xvm you mention is only hearing at the Ingame Main menu theme. But the Game Intro is not there. Perhaps someone can point me into the right direction?

I use MO2, which obviously is working for installs since it plays the vid. I hear all other game sounds.
