Compatible as in "does not conflict" YES. Compatible as in "the houses are in their own menu" No. Honestly, it's only 4 items added to the wood-prefabs menu, so it doesn't seem worth the author"s time to make an SMM version.
I cannot place the house anywhere. It just shows as red and it cannot be built. I don't have Place Anywhere but do have the latest version of Scrap Everything. Did you test it without the place anywhere mod?
Sorry about that... Yeah, you're probably going to need "Place Everywhere". That was in my list when I slapped this together. I've updated the description and requirements. Like I said, I didn't spend a lot of time on this and just slapped it together really quick...
I installed Place Everywhere and it works fine now. That mod makes everything easier to build but I was hesitant to install it because of a long list of reported issues.
