A transfer settlement blueprint for County Crossing. A warehouse converted to a hangar for your survivalist bus!

This is a Transfer Settlements Blueprint for the vanilla County Crossing settlement location. After playing with the absolutely amazing Survivalist's Bus by Pra and Elianora, I wanted to make a base of operations for the bus - some place where the bus could be repaired between excursions. Granted, the bus doesn't actually need any upkeep beyond fuel, but I wanted a settlement that looked like it could actually maintain a working bus.

This blueprint basically translates my Spectacle Island Mercenary Base and puts it at County Crossing. The general idea is very similar. 

If you want the secret penthouse to appear as is, you must have both the Neon Flats Creation Club DLC and the Neon Flats Workshop mod, which is not on Nexus. If you don't have these mods, the top floor will be partially barren. It's not a big space, so if you don't have this DLC it shouldn't take you long to repurpose it or make it your own, but be advised. 

That vault dweller had a good idea, and the means to execute. With the help of some friends they took over that warehouse at Country Crossing and, wouldn't you know it, actually got a bus working! Not a bad location, given that those roads could get you damn near anywhere. Wasn't before long that they made that place a proper home. Well defended, too.  

Overview of features:
  • Hangar-like garage on the warehouse main floor, with marker to fit the Survivalist Bus. 
  • Hangar also has some decorated facilities. Has bunks to sleep, places to eat, general hangout areas, an armory with weapons and armor dealers, power armor racks, and some offices. 
  • Upper floor has a salvage sorting area with a chem dealer and general store.
  • Upper floor also has a secret penthouse behind a concrete sliding door! 
  • Rooftop has a garden and drink vendor. 
  • The bombed out house at County Crossing has had a home built on top of it, separate from the warehouse. 

The penthouse isn't completely furnished. The other areas are reasonably well decorated.
