Does this affect precombines? I'm a returning player & we never knew to think about that stuff last time I played. I'm trying to be more aware of this when I DL mods now.

Precombines will be fine. It uses the underlying system of Sim Settlements 2 city plans. The most notorious mods that breaks precombines are scraping mods. Other mods could be mods that add workshops and are not done properly.
This is a great concept for a mod. I've wanted something like this since the game released. Not downloading just yet, but only because the mod is obviously far from complete. Just wanted to post as encouragement for you to keep going on this. I will definitely use it in the future.
