If this is on an existing save, did you use the resurrect command on them? Did you try in a new save? Do you have any NPC overhaul mods that alters their appearance that might've changed their outfits as well?
Yes, this is new save and also tried resurrect command on them, I also checked the fo4edit and there's no overwriting or conflicting to it. No worries though I just gave them outfits thru console command, Thanks.
