You may ask - "Isn't it already possible to get the pie if you have maxed luck?". In theory, yes it is, but do you know how high your chance is? It is 0.2 to 2 percent (with player luck 1 to 10). This chance increases for every attempt by 0.1 percent. Wow...
If you like to play "Watch the Port-a-Diner Animation" for hours, this mod probably isn't for you. If you would like to get the pie in a reasonable time, be my guest. This mod may be especially interesting to players who have no use for the luck attribute, as it is mostly used for VATS.
I have increased the chance to 4 to 40 percent (player luck 1 to 10).

Just drop the content of the archive in your Fallout 4 Data folder.

Simply remove "scripts\PortaDinerScript.pex" from your Fallout 4 Data folder.
