But you know man has a point...So I made charge cards in values of 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 caps and distributed them to the vendor level lists.
Current version is built for compatibility with Settlement Shipments by LP
Alternate version 1B adds a weight of 0.01 to caps and the cards, that per card and per cap so one Rank 1 card worth 100 caps is 0.01 vs 1.00 for 100 cap 2 for 200 caps vs .01 for the rank 2 card or .02 for 2 rank 1 cards up to 5 for 500 caps vs some combination of 0.05 -> 0.01
