Sorry but that is not really a "fix" because the moon is simply too far away to move & spin viewing angle like that from our viewpoint. It isn't hanging in the sky just above us like a low flying balloon but 238,855 miles (384,400 km) away in space. The game actually has it a lot less unrealistic than your "fix" except (being limited by the height of the sky backdrop in the game) it's of course still positioned relatively far too close. This limitation isn't too apparent in the base game but if you add that HD moon mod you're using (making the moon notably larger and, in effect, look far closer) you massively exacerbate the engine limitation and make the effect look more unnatural.
In other words what your "fix" is doing is counteracting some of the added bork the HD moon mod introduces, by tweaking the moon into an unnaturally near spin-on-view position. Such an aesthetic tweak is of course a user-preference, but it is definitely not in any way a game fix.
OP needs to watch it again closely, full screen if necessary. There is clear text of "before" when the moon moves with the player POV, and "after" where it doesn't.
Is there an actual difference in how the engine treats heavy rain or is it simply because it's more noticeable? I don't understand why you added this qualifier.
A "deleted" second moon? Wait, what's the story behind this? Never know about it before. Is it related to Skyrim or something? Anyway fixing the moon to rise in the east is sounds good. Hope to see it soon, ty!
BlademasterX Well yes, this is only Masser. The deleted moon is Secunda. The Hist from Elder Scrolls is an advanced form of FEV that has gained partial sentience, and aboard the Prydwen there is Nirnroot.
Ha, yeah they are fan theories but in reality the game shares the same sky as Skyrim just different textures, the second moon is hidden, the vertibirds are the same as dragons, just texture swapped.

My sentiments exactly

Was looking into recompiling it against CommonLibF4-NG but not 100% sure where to start myself
