   Fix your permissions. If you reupload the entire mod, the license requires you to keep the same license going forward (see "ShareAlike").
   
   Also, this is arguably the worst way to make a translation of a mod.

      I have re-uploaded all the files. and now all the files contain only my translations in esp,esm format.

      The file permissions should still reflect the Creative Commons license though. You can copy the license text from the DA permissions section and edit accordingly.
