About this mod

Revamps most uniforms worn by Enclave characters, taking inspiration from Fallout 76 outfits and concept arts. Also adds unique clothing to most unique characters added by the original mod.

This mod aims to give Enclave personnel in America Rising 2 - Legacy of the Enclave a look that is more consistent with the mod's X-01 power amor paint and Bethesda's newer design trends for the faction.

Not only that but the mod also adds unique outfits for various unique characters.



UNIFORMS REVAMPED

Nearly all generic clothes now have a more pristine appearance and the characteristic "E" in stripes. This includes FATIGUES, the OFFICER UNIFORM and TECHNICIAN JUMPSUIT.

The SCIENTIST UNIFORM is not touched so you can use whichever mod you may want for it. I recommend using mine.









The NEW OFFICER UNIFORM is a black and beige version of the "Early Enclave Officer Uniform", with a more apparent symbol on the hat.

(You can still obtain the early 76 version as you normally would in the base AR2)





UNIQUE UNIQUE CHARACTERS

The mod also adds to most unique characters a distinct look that matches their status and rank accordingly. This makes it easier to individually identify them and adds some more personality to them.

GENERAL WARD and DOCTOR KANE use right out of the vault a pre-war version of the uniform that comes in black and white.
The general has his rank and medals on the outfit and Dr. Kane use a different version of the uniform with a skirt (that has physics) and no military ribbons or medals.



Neither of them have the "E" on their outfits as the Enclave in pre-war times was not supposed to be known by many people.




CAPTAIN PETERSON and LIEUTENANT FITZPATRICK now wear the appropriate attire for their ranks! After reclaiming the Oil Rig they will begin to wear the new uniforms. Each have a unique version of the outfit with their respective ranks on their shoulders.






COLONEL WHITEHILL has two variants of her outfit; one for before the Enclave reestablishes itself in the rig which has armor and one for after which doesn't. Her uniform doesn't have the symbol of the faction on it (just like her original one). The base outfit (without the armor) consists of a hat with her rank on it and an special under armor with a unique officer jacket on top; which symbolizes her more practical nature.




CHIEF ENGINEER MYERS gets a unique version of the technician jumpsuit with beige stripes, resembling the officer's uniform, making it easier to spot him at a distance and adding to the distinctiveness of the character.




DOCTOR DAGLESS will now wear a different version of the scientist coat with a blue tie, symbolizing his area of expertise.



INSTALLATION
Install normally, as you would any other mod.

For the best experience this should be installed before you meet any of the characters in the mod, so all characters begin correctly using with the new gear. All generic gear and Colonel Whitehill's uniform should work out of the bat even if installed mid-game.

But if you happen to install this mid-game I suggest doing this procedure to the unique NPCs that are not using the new outifts: 

(save your game before doing this)

- Open console.
- Click on the desired NPC.
- Use the "resetinventory" command.

If the NPC end up just wearing invisible clothing; after doing the above procedure, proceed with the following:

- Reopen console.
- Click on the desired NPC.
- Use the "disable" command.
- Get out of the console
- Reopen console one more time.
- Use the "enable" command.

If none of that works do this:

- Open console.
- Click on the desired NPC.
- Use the "help" command to search for their outfit.
- Use "player.additem" to add the item to your inventory.
- Then use "openactorcontainer 1", transfer the item to their inventory and make them equip it.



COMPATIBILITY

The mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't directly changes the same records as this one.

Any mod that adds equipment to AR2 leveled lists should be compatible but that may be in a case by case basis.

If another mod makes changes specifically to the unique NPCs touched by this mod it is probably incompatible.

If America Rising 2 - New Enclave Scientist Outfits is used you need to load this mod AFTER in order to overwrite the changes made to Dr. Kane by that mod.
