Adds a new suit and helmet for Enclave scientis to wear and a unique version of the outift for Dr. Kane, with the addition of new glasses for her.

I just couldn't resist making a new outfit for Enclave science types.
There a are two different versions to choose from, with and without the helmet. The helmet version requires the Nuka World DLC.
If the helmet version is used then the helmet will sometimes be worn by non-unique Enclave scientists. About a 50/50 change of appearing.
I think this is nice way to set the Enclave scientists apart from random wasteland doctors and vault-tec scientists.
Dr. Kane now has a more intimidating look also.
