Flutter Flicker Fixer For Foliage
 (say that 3 times fast!) remedies a vanilla issue where the wind movement data of certain trees, plants, and grasses are not correctly used when present in static collections that are loaded from unprecombined references. The problem is caused by the Creation Kit not preserving the BSLeafAnimNode as the top node of the precreated mesh when a tree, plant, or other model using BSLeafAnimNode is present in the static collection. To make matters worse, TAA then blurs the sudden movements of the branches, as it attempts to smooth the oscillations. Restoring the BSLeafAnimNode as the top node of the precreated SCOL mesh fixes the issue.

Install like any other mod in your mod manager.




This should be compatible with virtually everything. Note that this only fixes the vanilla SCOL meshes bearing the issue, and there may be mods out there that provide similarly affected precreated SCOL models. Precombines are not an issue, as the issue only affects the unprecombined references.
