You can clearly see that the face shape and even the eye color is different. The only thing I agree on with you is that this preset looks better than the real actress.
I actually made another version that looks more close to the real actress but because of the limitation of Looksmenu and the head shape there's a lot of glitchy polygon spots and I decided to just make her look great. If you want that version I might make another upload.

Sadly I gave up on Starfield. Until they make the equivalent of Looksmenu over at Starfield I might consider going there. Starfield character customization sucks. It's more for casual people who don't want to waste time on CCM. I wanted to waste time on that.
