NMM should do everything which has to be done.

If you want a custom skin, you have to attach the tattoo by yourself. 'FemaleBody_d.dds' is always the file related to your player skin
and is located in Data/Textures/Actors/Character/BaseHumanFemale Folder.

If you are using 'Unique Player' the folder 'PlayerHumanFemale' is the one where the texture goes to.

Use Faceripper to get the face to your savegame, its a quick and easy process.
