   remove any traces of damage multipliers on ballistic weapons

   So does this patch not effect energy weapons?

      True Damage itself only applies to ballistic weapons

   Doesn't work for me at all. Double Barrel Shotgun does 12 damage; doesn't even take down 10% of a feral ghoul's health bar on a headshot.
   Only worsens the scaling effect. Any ideas?
   Edit: No clue what happened here, but after multiple attempts it suddenly works. Took a full day worth of troubleshooting, but oh well.
   Thanks for making this patch.
