      Thank you for the comment! This patch is no longer needed. You should update Backpacks of the Commonwealth to v1.5.6 and uninstall my patch.
      
      I uploaded a new version of my patch, but there's no need to install it. I only added it so people who blindly update their mods without reading my instructions to uninstall it implicitly still uninstall the patch.

   Can I assume it's safe to make this an esl flagged esp so it's not eating a plugin slot?

      Oh, good point! I hadn't considered that because I'm playing FO4VR and that doesn't support ESLs.
      
      I'll create a simple FOMOD that will choose ESP or ESP depending on if you're using FO4VR :-)

      Done. The ESL version is appropriately flagged (instead of just renamed), and is part of the 1.0.1 releases. Thanks for the suggestion!

      I have replaced the mod with an ESL-flagged .esp. This way, a single file works for both FO4 and FO4VR, and (in FO4) the plugin obeys normal load order (unlike .esl files, which load directly after .esms).
