This is Judith Mossman's preset. I made this file separate from the main file as this is the only preset that requires another mod. Requires Ponytail Hairstyles by Azar v2.5a. This preset was first made by Bob115, which I edited to look like Judith.

If Vortex is not working, just download the .json files and put them in your F4EE Presets folder.
