it'll stack multiplicatively with piper's perk. also I think the magazine they're referring to is the one in hubris comics that increases damage with the alien blaster by 5%
Cool idea, I always thought this magazine was kind of redundant, considering most people would learn of Diamond City's location from Carla anyway. Though after nine years, anyone that has played the game before, already knows how to get to Diamond city!
