Regardless the quest has started or not, Level 1 player can always visit Nuka World on their own if they know the location.
within that context, is it possible to hard-lock the quest so the backdoor is impossible now? probably block the door w/ rubbles or what not. And when they entered specific level of their choice (40, 50 or 60), that rubble will be removed and the gunner start spawning around it

I find the idea interesting, unfortunately I don't know how to complete it. I don't know how to edit this in the script so that the door is only unlocked when the level is reached and the corresponding quest is started.

An experienced modder is welcome to implement this idea, if this is possible in terms of program technology.
