The design of the huts and warehouses is very simple and mostly follows the vanilla Fallout 4. I.e. 2x3 cabins built from barn pieces. They are in the same location as their original counterparts, so you can easily re-create the overall look without.
If you feel daring, you can try using this blueprint without Armor Keywords and fill in whatever gaps you find with your own building pieces. Obviously, I'd recommend making a save beforehand. :D
Edit: The only thing using Armor Keywords in this build I can think of is the ammunition bench in the crafting area. Chances are the whole settlement would work just fine without it.
