Proper raytraced reflections are in fact not possible in something like Reshade, as RT requires actual rays to be traced into the game-world, and cannot be done in post-processing like how Reshade does it. What Reshade is using is SSR, or Screen-Space Reflections, which can only reflect whats on-screen and thus aren't raytraced. The global illumination is also screen-space.
