the architecture and building designs actually remind me of the Mormon church but not all the same location, some of the buildings remind me of older style Mormon built houses back in the 1700s era, and some of the architecture reminds me of more modern designs, it looks very pleasant.
i do have a question about the clean flat settlement mod your using, now i have considered using that mod in the past but i need to know if it just covers sanctuary or does it delete everything in that area and then covers it?
the reason why i ask is because i want the build area to remain stable and if the old sanctuary buildings are deleted, then i have nothing to worry about, but if they are still there and only covered i will worry about performance issues in the location, i just want my build site to be as fps friendly or good as much as possible so that my builds have a higher limit with my corresponding fps.
i already know you can add to the build limit, but this isn't want i'm talking about, i'm purely talking about my fps in the area and if it's good or bad in this location, because that is one of the many things i hate about the prewar locations when dealing with settlements, there is always some crap you can't get rid of without breaking those precombins and they cause such horrible effects when removed.

1. As a "game save" it basically changes the game in play - why not do a Blueprint instead?
2. How does this build affect the cell precombins and stability of the game?
