Adds a new m14 styled remesh of the combat rifle or replacer using modified att pack assets and alot of remeshing and uv remapping

Combat Rservist Rifle m14 replacer and standalone
Remeshed weapon based on daks CR remesh in an m14 style weapon.
Polymer and wood versions of all stocks including att pack versions.
See through version of most scopes and laser sights
full modcol integration so they spawn on NPC's
Ammo convertion moved to magazines so all ammo versions can spawn and added 556 ammo convertions.
Standalone added to combat rifle leveled lists via script

In regards to DP all the asset not inside the att pack folder are free to earn DP, ones inside the att pack folder, check the attachment pack permissions
