Eli's Armour Compendium - INNR eXpanded
Expands on the INNR (Instance Naming Rules) in Eli's Armour Compendium to allow for more automated naming variation.
Saw a lot of modifications had the keywords setup for dynamic names, but the INNR didn't have the entries to apply it, so I wanted to expand on that.

Saw a lot of modifications had the keywords setup for dynamic names, but the INNR didn't have the entries to apply it, so I wanted to expand on that.
- Eyeglasses got an new updated world mesh, as well as appropriate name changing.
- Scarf and Muffle will now get their color and dirtiness applied to their name.
- Institute Casual Outfit's name will now adapt to the t-shirt applied.
- The Minutemen and Railroad Jumpsuits will now update their naming based on what faction material is applied.
- Includes Sorter INI files with Legendary naming support for those who have ways to apply that.
