Bessie gives you the option to send her somewhere when you first talk to her, but subsequently I couldn't get that dialog to appear again to send her somewhere (if I didn't choose a destination the first time). Could be a user error on my behalf, but it sounds similar to Trickster314's description.
I'm having a bug where I can't recruit bessie, talking to her just opens her inventory, shes alive, she moos idly and shoots back if I attack her but no dialog.
Understandable, some people don't like it, although hear me out - I'm a disabled (official partial mental disability as of January) programmer, writer, voice actor, mod author with (currently) almost zero income. AI allows me to voice multiple mods for +-5 dollars. I live in a country that isn't natively English, so I cannot just grab an English speaker off the street or from among my friends. I take meticulous care to ensure the generated voice lines sounds human, I use completely generated voice, and I generally pick an average of one of 5 voice lines for each dialogue line I write.
So, while I absolutely understand that you don't like AI, I would ask on behalf of people like me who haven't got many other options, to keep a somewhat open mind.

P.S. All of my textures, models, dialogue, etc. are manually drawn, modelled, written by me, not AI. I only use AI for some voice acting.
isn't it unethical to use a voice actors work without their permission to feed into AI. i guess unless they said they allowed it then it's probably fine . but i can get ware you are coming from. ( and still want to say i like all your other work. keep it up 👍 )
I have some lag and most other audio cuts out whenever my robot moos, but I gotta say it is perfect with my "Anthro Assaultrons" Mod. The Robo-Cowpocalypse is nigh
